Mike is the most recent addition to the band, having "entered the Sistarhood" around New Years 2002. His earliest childhood memory involves somebody (probably his parents) pushing his high chair up to a piano and shouting "Play that Boogie!"...and he hasn't stopped since.

Mike's earlier musical career spanned the mid 1960s through the 1970s, playing piano and organ (rock, jazz, and Latin) in nite clubs around Fresno and San Jose. He came out of musical retirement about a decade ago, and has thoroughly enjoyed working with a variety of local bands and artists.

Favorite type of music: any potent blend of jazz, funk, and Latin...or anything by Herbie Hancock. Mike is really looking forward to playing keyboard in the Poyntlyss Sistars Band for years to come.
